CD Projekt RED, ilk The Witcher oyununun ‘Remake’ sürümünü resmen duyurdu. Oyun, Unreal Engine 5 oyun motoru ile geliştirilecek.
Bilhassa The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt ile dünya genelinde ses getiren, Netflix tarafınca diziye bile uyarlanan Witcher serisinden bugün sabırsızlıkla beklenen haber geldi. The Witcher’ın ilk oyununun tekrardan geliştirildiği resmen duyuruldu.
Oyunun geliştirici ekibi CD Projekt RED, paylaşmış olduğu duyurusunda The Witcher Remake’i geliştirmeye başladığını açıkladı. Üstelik oyun, günümüzün en gelişmiş oyun motoru olan Unreal Engine 5 ile geliştirilecek.
Oyunun geliştiricisi CD Projekt RED değil:
The Witcher’ın ilk oyununu günümüz grafikleriyle göreceğimiz Remake oyunu, Polonya merkezli Fool’s Theory stüdyosu tarafınca geliştirilecek. Stüdyo, daha ilkin Baldur’s Gate 3, Divinity Original Sin ve Outriders benzer biçimde popüler yapımlara imza atmıştı.
Paylaşılan detaylara nazaran oyunun geliştirilme süreci, şu anda ilk aşamalarında bulunuyor. Oyunun çıkış zamanı hemen hemen paylaşılmazken, geliştirilme sürecinde Witcher serisinde çalışan deneyimli ekibin de rol oynadığı paylaşıldı.
